Integration Guide
TX Spell .NET for WPF checks spelling for whichever control holds the text. With TX Text Control .NET for WPF, the integration is complete out of the box: one property connects the spell checker, and the editor underlines, corrects, hyphenates and offers its thesaurus by itself. With any other control, TX Spell .NET finds the mistakes and suggestions, and your code shows them and applies the corrections. In the browser, it is the spell checker of the Document Editor of TX Text Control .NET Server.
Three Kinds of Integration
- TX Text Control does the work itself once its
SpellCheckerproperty names the spell checker; no further code is needed. - Standard and third-party controls pass their text to
Check, and your code marks the incorrect words and handlesIncorrectWordChangingwhen the user corrects one. The spell check dialog and the menu items ofGetMenuItemswork for them too. - The Document Editor of TX Text Control .NET Server uses the package TXTextControl.TXSpell.Core.SDK in its ASP.NET Core application, turned on in JavaScript.
