Description

Gets or sets a value indicating whether the Sidebar is shown. The default value is true.

Syntax

public bool IsShown { get; set; }

Examples

The following example uses Sidebar.IsShown to configure is shown as part of the sidebar workflow. The change is then applied to the active document or user interface.

sidebar.IsShown = true;
sidebar.Update();

Remarks

Because of internal usage, it is recommended to use this property instead of Sidebar.Visible to display the sidebar.
