Description

Copies the elements of the collection to an array, starting at a particular index.

Syntax

public void CopyTo(Array array, int index);

Public Sub CopyTo(array As Array, index As Integer)

Parameters

Parameter	Description
array	Specifies the array to copy to.
index	Specifies the index of the destination array at which to begin copying.

Examples

The following example works with lines in the current document by using LineCollection.CopyTo.

LineCollection lineCollection = textControl.Lines;
textControl.Text = "Quarterly results\nRevenue increased by 12%.";

Line[] items = new Line[lineCollection.Count];
lineCollection.CopyTo(items, 0);

Dim lineCollection As LineCollection = textControl.Lines
textControl.Text = "Quarterly results" & vbCrLf & "Revenue increased by 12%."

If lineCollection.Count > 0 Then
    Dim items(lineCollection.Count - 1) As Line
