Description

Sets the current input position to the first position of the footnote mark and scrolls it into the visible part of the document.

Syntax

public bool ScrollTo();

Return Value

The return value is true, if the document has been scrolled. Otherwise it is false.

Examples

The following example adds and configures a source note at the current input position by using Footnote.ScrollTo.

Footnote footnote = new("Source: FY 2026 annual report");
textControl.Footnotes.Add(footnote, false);

if (footnote.ScrollTo())
{
    Console.WriteLine("Scroll To completed successfully.");
}
