PHP 8.3 became the minimum of the PHP SDK and its Laminas module in 2024. Their releases were the changes to ReportingCloud that year, and [Upgrading](#upgrading) says what to check before you update.

### Changes at a Glance

| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| June | PHP SDK 4.0.3 to 4.0.5 and Laminas module 5.0 require PHP 8.3 |

### SDKs

- **PHP 8.3 (June).** Releases 4.0.3 to 4.0.5 of the PHP SDK and version 5.0 of the Laminas module require PHP 8.3 or later. Release 4.0.5 of June 27, 2024 is the latest on Packagist. See [PHP](https://docs.textcontrol.com/reporting-cloud/sdks/php/llms-full.txt).

### Upgrading

- **Check the PHP version.** Composer installs the 2024 releases only on PHP 8.3 or later. An application on an older PHP version keeps an earlier release of the 4.0 SDK until its PHP version is updated.
