# Tables

Each table in a `TXTextControl` document has a table identifier. The members below insert, delete, split and merge tables, rows, columns and cells, read and set cell text, data, formulas and number formats, and tell you where the input position is.

Formulas in table cells use the functions listed under [Supported Formula Functions](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-activex/reference/formula-functions/llms-full.txt).
