Returns or sets a value specifying whether the ruler bar has its origin at the right or at the left border. If this property is set at runtime, its control window is recreated and must be newly assigned to the [TXTextControl.RulerHandle](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-activex/reference/txtextcontrol/rulerhandle-property/llms-full.txt) property.

TXRulerBar.RightToLeft [= boolean]
```

| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| False | (Default) Shows the ruler bar with an origin at the left border. |
| True | Shows the ruler bar with an origin at the right border. |
