Returns or sets an additional top distance (in [twips](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-activex/document-editor/viewing/#measure-in-twips)) for a paragraph or a selected range of paragraphs.

### Remarks

If a number of paragraphs have been selected which have different settings for the top distance, the property returns &H8000.
