# MisspelledWordLength Property

> Returns the length of the misspelled word with a given number; assign it to SelLength, and MisspelledWordStart to SelStart, to select the misspelled word.

Gets the length of the misspelled word with the specified number. To select this misspelled word the [MisspelledWordStart](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-activex/reference/txtextcontrol/misspelledwordstart-property/llms-full.txt) property must be assigned to the [SelStart](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-activex/reference/txtextcontrol/selstart-property/llms-full.txt) property and this property must be assigned to the [SelLength](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-activex/reference/txtextcontrol/sellength-property/llms-full.txt) property.

### Parameters

| Number | Specifies the number of the misspelled word. All misspelled words are counted from the beginning to the end of a document. The first word has the number 1. |
