# ObjectName Property

> Sets or returns a name for the current image, text frame, signature field or OLE object, replacing an existing name; ObjectGetFromName finds the object by it.

Defines a name for an image, text frame, signature field or OLE object. If a name already exists, the old name is deleted. The [ObjectCurrent](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-activex/reference/txtextcontrol/objectcurrent-property/llms-full.txt) property determines the object which name is set.
