# ObjectUserId Property

> Sets or returns a user-defined Long identifier for the current image, text frame, signature field or OLE object; ObjectGetFromUserId finds the object by it.

Defines a user-defined identifier for an image, text frame, signature field or OLE object. If an identifier already exists, the old one is deleted. The [ObjectCurrent](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-activex/reference/txtextcontrol/objectcurrent-property/llms-full.txt) property determines the object which identifier is set.
