This method inserts a new link target or bookmark in the text at the current text input position.

### Syntax

```vbscript
TXTextControl.TargetInsert TargetName, Deleteable
```

### Parameters

| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| TargetName | Specifies the name of the target. |
| Deleteable | When set to True, the target can be deleted through the end-user during editing the document. Otherwise the target is protected. |

### Return Value

| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| 0 | An error has occurred. |
| otherwise | The target's internal unique identifier. |
