Initializes a new instance of the Footnote class.

### Syntax

#### Footnote(string)

Creates a Footnote object with the specified footnote text.

#### Footnote(string, string, int)

Creates a Footnote object with the specified footnote text and a name and/or an identifier.

| text | Specifies the footnote's text. |
| name | Specifies the footnote's name. When this string is empty, the footnote has no name. |
