Opens a comment input control to reply to this comment.

### Return Value

The return value is true, if the comment input control could be opened. Otherwise it is false. False is also returned, if this comment is already a reply to another comment.

### Examples

The following example attaches a reviewer comment to selected contract text by using `CommentedText.ReplyToComment`.
