The version also made all built-in resources localizable, reduced the size of documents through image export settings, protected PDF documents with passwords and let a `TextControl` grow, shrink and show a transparent background. [Table.NestedTables](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/table/nestedtables-property/llms-full.txt) returns the tables inside a table, [Table.NestedLevel](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/table/nestedlevel-property/llms-full.txt) its level, and [Table.OuterTable](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/table/outertable-property/llms-full.txt) and [Table.OuterMostTable](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/table/outermosttable-property/llms-full.txt) the tables around it. - **Split a table.** [Table.Split](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/table/split-method/llms-full.txt) splits a table above or below the row with the input position; [Table.CanSplit](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/table/cansplit-property/llms-full.txt) tells whether that is possible. Both parts keep the identifier of the original table, and a [TableCreated](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/textcontrol/tablecreated-event/llms-full.txt) event occurs for the bottom part, so that it can get an identifier of its own. Splitting above the first row or below the last row inserts an empty line, which is how text is typed above or below a nested table that starts or ends at the edge of its cell. - **Table collections.** [TableBaseCollection](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/tablebasecollection/llms-full.txt) is the base class of the table collections. [TextControl.UndoActionName](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/textcontrol/undoactionname-property/llms-full.txt) and [TextControl.RedoActionName](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/textcontrol/redoactionname-property/llms-full.txt) name the next action to undo or redo, so that the user interface can show it. [TextControl.AllowUndo](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/textcontrol/allowundo-property/llms-full.txt) switches the buffer off, which saves time and memory, for example when a `TextControl` generates reports. [RulerBar.BorderStyle](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/rulerbar/borderstyle-property/llms-full.txt) sets the previous look. [TextControl.AutoControlSize](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/textcontrol/autocontrolsize-property/llms-full.txt) takes an [AutoSize](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/autosize/llms-full.txt) object that sets whether the control expands and shrinks, up to a maximum and down to a minimum size. The events [HExpanded](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/textcontrol/hexpanded-event/llms-full.txt), `VExpanded`, `HShrunk` and [VShrunk](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/textcontrol/vshrunk-event/llms-full.txt) occur after the control has changed its size. - **Transparency.** [TextControl.BackColor](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/textcontrol/backcolor-property/llms-full.txt) accepts `Color.Transparent` for a transparent background. - **View mode.** Growing, shrinking and transparency require the `SimpleControl` setting of [TextControl.ViewMode](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/textcontrol/viewmode-property/llms-full.txt). ### Upgrade to Version 11.0 - **Transparent background.** `TextControl.BackColor` can be set to `Color.Transparent`, but only when `ViewMode` is `SimpleControl`. - **Style constructors.** [InlineStyle](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/inlinestyle/llms-full.txt) and [ParagraphStyle](https://docs.textcontrol.com/tx-text-control-dotnet-winforms/reference/txtextcontrol/paragraphstyle/llms-full.txt) have an additional constructor that creates a new style from an existing one and copies all its attributes. ### New Classes, Properties, Methods and Events The classes and members below are the ones that the What's New documentation of version 11.0 lists for TX Text Control .NET for Windows Forms. Names are relative to the `TXTextControl` namespace, each name links to its current reference page, and "(obsolete)" marks a member that is obsolete today.
