The names in parentheses are the names under which the versions were sold. The download package holds only the last installer of each version, which is usually that of a later service pack, so its dates aren't release dates. ### How the Versions Were Named From version 18.0 to version 29.0, Text Control sold TX Text Control under X names: version 18.0 was TX Text Control X8, and each major version counted one up to version 29.0, TX Text Control X19. From version 30.0 on, the product is named after its version number. The Windows Forms control shares its version numbers with the other TX Text Control products, and each version page names the products released with it. WPF support started with version 16.0, which added the `TXTextControl.WPF` namespace to the class library. ### What the Version Pages Contain Each page starts with the release date and the focus of the version and then describes its features as far as they concern TX Text Control .NET for Windows Forms: the `TextControl` and its ribbons, toolbars, sidebars and dialog boxes, document processing with `ServerTextControl`, mail merge and PDF.
