The names in parentheses are the names under which the versions were sold. The download package holds only the last installer of each version, which is usually that of a later service pack, so its dates aren't release dates. ### How the Versions Were Named From version 18.0 to version 29.0, Text Control sold TX Text Control under X names: version 18.0 was TX Text Control X8, and each major version counted one up to version 29.0, TX Text Control X19. From version 30.0 on, the product is named after its version number. TX Text Control .NET for WPF was released with the same version numbers as TX Text Control .NET for Windows Forms and TX Text Control .NET Server. ### What the Version Pages Contain Each page starts with the release date and the focus of the version and then describes its features as far as they concern TX Text Control .NET for WPF: the WPF controls and their ribbon tabs, sidebars and dialog boxes, the document and formatting API, mail merge and PDF. Features that only the Windows Forms controls or the ASP.NET components of TX Text Control .NET Server received are left out. - **The first WPF controls.** Version 16.0 added the `TXTextControl.WPF` namespace with `TextControl`, `ButtonBar`, `RulerBar` and `StatusBar`.
