Enable OAuth

DS Server can be used with an integrated OAuth authorization or with a disabled authorization. If OAuth is disabled, all unauthorized requests are valid and DS Server can be used without any security checking. This is useful under the following circumstances:

• For testing purposes.
• When your firewall implements required security measures.
• In case another application is rerouting incoming requests to handle security.

By default, OAuth is enabled. In order to disable OAuth, open the admin portal and visit the Security Profiles tab. Uncheck OAuth enabled. You should see that switch in red, if OAuth is disabled:
