DPI and Display Scaling
The dialogs of TX Spell .NET for WPF are WPF windows of your application: the spell check dialog, opened with Show of the SpellCheckDialog, and the options dialog, opened with OptionsDialog. How they are scaled on a high-resolution screen is decided by the DPI settings of that application, not by a property of TX Spell .NET.
What the Documentation Covers
TX Spell .NET for WPF has no property or setting of its own for display scaling. The per-monitor DPI awareness that version 8.0 introduced, with the dialogs scaling when the application moves to a monitor with a different scale factor, is documented for Windows Forms only, with its opt-in setting in the app.config of a Windows Forms application. Version 8.0 lists what the release brought to WPF.
Check the dialogs on the monitors and scale factors your users have, especially on setups that mix monitors with different scale factors.
With TX Text Control
TX Text Control .NET for WPF has been DPI aware since version 27.0. Its side of display scaling is described in DPI Scaling of the TX Text Control .NET for WPF documentation.
