Opens a comment input control to reply to this comment.

Return Value

The return value is true, if the comment input control could be opened. Otherwise it is false. False is also returned, if this comment is already a reply to another comment.

The following example attaches a reviewer comment to selected contract text by using CommentedText.ReplyToComment.
