Bullets and Numbered Lists

Bulleted and numbered lists are paragraph attributes in TXTextControl. You choose the list type of a paragraph and set the attributes of bullets or numbers with three properties, or let the user do it in the built-in list dialog box.

`TXTextControl.BulletAttribute`	This property returns or sets attributes for bulleted lists.
`TXTextControl.ListType`	Returns or sets a list type for a paragraph or a selected range of paragraphs.
`TXTextControl.NumberingAttribute`	This property returns or sets attributes for numbered lists.
