What's New
TX Text Control ActiveX 34.0, released in November 2025, is the current version, and Service Pack 5, released on September 14, 2026, is its latest update. The product has changed with every release back to version 11.0. For each version from 30.0 on, a page lists the new features, the properties, methods and events it added, the members it extended and, where there are any, the update notes that matter when you upgrade. Use the version pages to find out in which version a feature arrived, or what an upgrade changes for your code.

Where to Start
- Upgrading an application? Open the pages of every version between yours and the target, and read their update notes and extended members first: Version 28.0 replaces link target fields with the
Targetmembers, Version 27.0 reduces the built-in languages to English and German, Version 15.0 replaces two numbering attributes, and Version 14.0 changes how page settings and headers and footers behave. Older Versions lists the versions before 30.0. - Looking for a feature? Find it in the table above, then follow the links on its version page to the reference members.
- New to TX Text Control ActiveX? Start with the Overview instead; the version pages assume that you know the controls.
