How to Obtain Support
Technical support for TX Text Control ActiveX is free, for registered users and for users of the free trial version alike. Text Control offers several sources of technical information, from a forum and a sample library to written support cases and direct conversations with a support agent.
Search the Forum and the Samples
A good starting point for information is the TX Text Control Support Forum. There, you post your problem and discuss it with the Text Control support staff and with other experienced TX Text Control users.
For further samples, look at the Source Code Library. It holds samples that the release doesn't include, and new samples are added to it frequently.
Contact the Support Team
To contact the support team in writing, open a support case in the Text Control Support Center rather than sending an e-mail.
Some programming problems are solved much faster in a one-to-one conversation than in a long exchange of e-mails, and Text Control offers such conversations as well. The customer service representatives and support agents speak English and German, and they answer sales questions as well as technical ones.
