ResourceFile Property
Returns or sets the file name of a resource library which are loaded to display resources. The file name must include a complete path. When a resource library is set, the value of the Language property is ignored. See Resources and Localization for more information. To avoid compatibility errors, resource libraries should have a unique file name and should be placed in the same directory as the application's executable file.
