Description

Copies the elements of the collection to an array, starting at a particular index.

Syntax

public void CopyTo(Array array, int index);

Public Sub CopyTo(array As Array, index As Integer)

Parameters

Parameter	Description
array	Specifies the array to copy to.
index	Specifies the index of the destination array at which to begin copying.

The following example works with text chars in the current document by using TextCharCollection.CopyTo.

TextCharCollection textCharCollection = textControl.TextChars;
textControl.Text = "Quarterly results\nRevenue increased by 12%.";

TextChar[] items = new TextChar[textCharCollection.Count];
textCharCollection.CopyTo(items, 0);

Dim textCharCollection As TextCharCollection = textControl.TextChars
